EATcetera is pleased to welcome Chef Megan Hoover for our Fall Dinner.
Chef Megan Hoover owns Megalicious Meals based in El Paso, Texas. Megalicious Meals is a private chef service and catering business that offers each client a unique culinary experience. Coming from a long line of excellent cooks, Megan knew her calling at a young age.
After completing culinary school at Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where she was lucky enough to work for some fantastic and talented chefs such as Michael Mina, Stephen Pyles, and Alena Pyles. Megan moved back to Texas and spent time in Houston working for Alena at Ling and Javier.
She returned to El Paso in 2002 to be the Chef at Kern Place Market and then The Table which led Megan to be a personal chef for several families in El Paso that later became her own business Megalicious Meals. She enjoys bringing her style of comfort food along with her passion to all of El Paso.
